RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible to return a product under this policy, the goods must be in its original packaging including all accessories.

The goods must be in new condition suitable for resale apart from exterior plastic wrap and must not be damaged in any other way by the customer or any associate while the goods are in their possession.

The goods are deemed to be in their possession until received by Turf Legends pursuant to this policy.

Please consider your purchase carefully. Turf Legends do not provide refunds for products where you change your mind

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.       Turf Legends must be notified with 7 days of you taking delivery of the product and the goods returned and received by Turf Legends within 14 days of the date you originally took delivery.

2.       All goods must be returned as instructed by Turf Legends in order to facilitate the return. The product is deemed to be in your possession until the product is received by Turf Legends pursuant to this policy.

3.       The 14 day period for which you are to make the return under this policy commences on the date you received delivery of the goods. If no POD (Proof of delivery) can be confirmed, the date received will be assumed to be 4 business days from the date Turf Legends despatched the goods.

4.       You must return the goods to Turf Legends at your own expense. If a refund is required the original price paid less postage and packaging will be returned via method paid. If a replacement is required due to faulty goods. Turf Legends will forward that replacement at their cost.

5.       You must comply with the directions for returning the goods as provided by Turf Legends. The goods will remain your responsibility during return transit and until such time as received at the instructed return address. Turf Legends will accept no liability for any loss or damage during return transit.

6.       On receipt and inspection of returned product, Turf Legends will issue a refund as soon as possible with refund payment advice forwarded by email to you.

7.       Turf Legends reserves the right to make changes to this policy without notice.

8.       Our returns policy does not seek to exclude or limit the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
